Great accommodation for families with spacious rooms and comfortable amenities. Convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The architecture of the building is modern and unique. Excellent facilities such as the baths and sauna in the basement. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious.
Some rooms lacked enough chairs in the dining area, making it inconvenient for larger groups. Lack of privacy in certain rooms due to the open layout.

Excellent hospitality and location. Lotte Department store and eMart super market nearby. Children's Grand Park within walking distance. Great coffee roaster, July Cafe & 512 Cafe in the area. Turkish restaurant at a short walk. 2-bedroom apartment with comfortable beds and sofa beds. Helpful staff at front desk. Subway station just 2 mins walk. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Fantastic market and super market close by. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel was spacious and beautifully decorated, with plenty of storage space for all my belongings. The electronic control system made it easy to adjust the temperature and lighting to my liking. The location was reasonably convenient, with the subway station right next to the hotel and several shopping and food spots within walking distance. The staff was helpful and always went out of their way to assist me. The gym facilities were also great, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. the luxurious amenities were exceptional. the spa wellness centre offered a relaxing experience with a sauna, swimming pool, massage, facials, and beauty treatment. the exclusive treatment room allowed us to enjoy a private and serene experience. the restaurant and bar lounge area offered delicious and exquisite cuisine. the private facilities in the room were top-notch.
The only minor issue we encountered was the location, which was slightly far from the main metro. this was compensated by the numerous location advantages, such as a nearby shopping center, delicious eateries, and a seasonal outdoor pool.

The suites at Classic 500 Pentaz Executive Residence are fine. The cityscape view from my room made me feel like royalty. The staff were attentive and quickly resolved any issues, such as addressing a cigarette smoke smell on our floor. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this hotel.
